The sauna & fitness room is located on the 5th floor and ensures recreation and relaxation. It is equipped with experience showers, sauna, Power Plate and fitness equipment.
Fitness Area: The fitness area will be closed due to renovation work from August 14, 2023, until approximately early November 2023. We appreciate your understanding.

State-of-the-art fitness equipment with iPhone / iPod connection and screens with TV and Internet access as well as the Power Plate are located in the fitness area on the 5th floor with a view of the Vienna skyline.
The power plate is a three-dimensional, vibrating plate which oscillates and creates reflective stimuli in the body. The Power Plate can be used really well for purposes of relaxation. Use of the ideal vibration level means the muscles are flooded powerfully with blood-flow and tension is released.
The ARCOTEL Kaiserwasser is not just in the ideal location for tourists. There is lots to discover for running fans too.
